Le Chatelain All Suites Hotel Brussels

Very good, clean, comfortable, silent and peaceful atmosphere, with helpful front desk. We recommend everybody and look forward to return. Expensive (it was not included in our fare) but nice breakfast.

This is a good hotel for business travel, and is very well located for the major tram line on Avenue Louise, and also for dining in nearby Place Chatelain and Rue Bailli. The food in the hotel is also very good, although there is not really a nice place to eat this if the weather is bad (which is the norm in Brussels). There is a lovely little garden at the rear for meals if the weather holds. Breakfast is very good, but if not included there are many cheaper and good breakfast alternatives a short walk away. Concierge service is very good, with very helpful front desk staff.

A luxury hotel with good facilities although at a price. The room had a good quality coffee maker, which I thought was a nice touch until I noticed that coffee was included in the mini bar prices (€3.20). Similarly, continental breakfast was priced at €25.00. (I ate elsewhere locally for a couple of euros.) However the location was convenient (just off Avenue Louise) and the bar area (and the bar staff) were pleasant.

In an all-suites Hotel the room was ordinary and tiny. Discovered hair on the sheets, stains on the carpet. Friendly front desk (day staff). Some walking or tram distance to shops, restaurants etc. Overall experience is average.

The rooms (Executive) are very spacious and nice bathroom too.

Nice hotel on quiet side street. Avoid taking a long or wide car as parking is reached via (tight) lift - not for the faint hearted driver! Friendly multi-lingual staff, large rooms and big bed. Nice for Brussels.

Nice size rooms and enjoyed the hotel very much. The breakfast buffet wastoo pricy, although it looked like a nice buffet I didn't want to spend that much for breakfast.

This is a superb hotel. The rooms are beautifully finished, the food in the small restaurant area is excellent and the bar is very welcoming. The gym is basic but, for Belgium, is quite good. Location, just off the Avenue Louise, is good for decent bars and restaurants.

Quiet location off Louise Avenue. Great Greek restaurant, Notos, around the corner.

A wonderful hotel located one block off of Avenue Louise--it's approximately a 20 minute walk to the Grand Place or central train station. There's a tram stop right outside the hotel which takes you closer to the center of town. The staff was extremely helpful. The room and bathroom were spacious and elegantly decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Le Chatelain and will definitely stay there again.

Helpful and friendly staff. The room is nicely decorated with basically everything a business traveller needs. I will certainly go back if I am to go to Brussels again.

Very fancy hotel with enormous suites, close to many nice shops (Avenue Louisa) and the palace. Splendid and friendly service. Price over [your website] is very good, normal prices reasonable. We had a very pleasant stay.
