"This is a good hotel for business travel, and is very well located for the major tram line on Avenue Louise, and also for dining in nearby Place Chatelain and Rue Bailli. The food in the hotel is also very good, although there is not really a nice place to eat this if the weather is bad (which is the norm in Brussels). There is a lovely little garden at the rear for meals if the weather holds. Breakfast is very good, but if not included there are many cheaper and good breakfast alternatives a short walk away. "A luxury hotel with good facilities although at a price. The room had a good quality coffee maker, which I thought was a nice touch until I noticed that coffee was included in the mini bar prices (€3.20). Similarly, continental breakfast was priced at €25.00. (I ate elsewhere locally for a couple of euros.) However the location was convenient (just off Avenue Louise) and the bar area (and the bar staff) were pleasant. " - Anonymous

"In an all-suites Hotel the room was ordinary and tiny. Discovered hair on the sheets, stains on the carpet. Friendly front desk (day staff). Some walking or tram distance to shops, restaurants etc. Overall experience is average." - Hasan AYGUN
