good hotel, very good location, there was quite cold in the room and the worst thing in that hotel was noise from the street (as we had room to the street)

As usual room was very nice, service at both reception and in the breakfast room was very efficient. Staff are friendly and the baggage room and service are both secure and user friendly. The front area of the hotel waiting area is nice and quiet kept in very good condition. The proximity to Rogier Metro and the easy walking distance to Grand Place is also a considerable plus as is the easy access to taxis just across the road. All in all another good experience. See you again.

Rooms are reasonably large, well arranged and equipped with kettle. Beds in double room could be king size, rather than twin beds. The room heading for backyard was quiet yet very cold in winter. Breakfast was excellent.

No car parking facilities and no drop off zone infront of the hotel. Local private parking varies from 16 to 22 euros per day. Good position for walkabout.

Very pleasant stay, at an Art Deco hotel. Despite other comment, my room was very quiet.

Large room, with basic facilities. Good location but can be noisy. Inadequate air conditioning, so need to keep windows open during summer months, which leads to noise if your room faces the street (which you want for the higher floor views). Good service from attentive staff, and during summer price is great, including breakfast.

This is an excellent hotel. It has a superb location, good breakfast, and it's inexpensive. I would advise it to anyone visiting Brussels.

Our 3 day stay at the hotel was pleasant, the staff friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and reasonably spacious, but I felt the room needed an update.e.g. Fresh coat of paint. I was disappointed with the hot breakfast selection, in my opinion it wasn't at all appealing or tasty. Because of this I doubt I would return for another visit in the near future.

Very nice and large room facing the street. I especially liked the bathtub. It's very rare these days, at hotels in Europe, to have the pleasure to take a bath after a whole day working and sight-seeing.

This is a good hotel in terms of location and cleanliness. However if I was to rate this hotel in terms of stars based on those in Asia I would give this the equivalent of an Asian two star hotel. Extremely small rooms, no internet access in the rooms and only in the lobby via a prepay card which in all is inconvenient if your on a business trip and generally work till very late at night or early in the mornings.

Great hotel just five minutes walk from Noord (north) train station. It is about a 15 minute walk from the main square but was well worth it at the price.

We were put into an annexe next door to the main hotel which was a decent but average facility. We much prefer the old hotel which we have stayed in before. Also it was very difficult to raise the night porter. On each of the three nights stay we spent between five and ten minutes trying toget in. Twice we went back to the main hotel to telephone through. There is no door bell.

Convenient and a rather good value for money, except for the poor noise insulation: traffic on the boulevard proves to be really annoying almost at any time (room on the 7th floor).

Clean, corporate style hotel. Close to the North station, worth staying here if you get a good rate.
