Le Fenix Sukhumvit Hotel By Accor

Good value for money. The staff is fantastic, highest grades for them. The location is good, near shops and restaurants, less than 15 minutes walk to Nana station and they can provide a tuc-tuc. There`s a nice bar on 2nd floor and an open one on the roof. The room had a sweet smell, a bit sickening.

To be honest, my thoughts of this hotel have diminished. It's the second time I've stayed there and whilst the location and service are excellent, there was an offensive damp odour right through my floor (level 4) which was almost unbearable in my room. Having had a similiar problem in my actual apartment where I live I can tell them there's a cap missing from the bathroom drain which stops the smell coming up. Another thing is the A/C - it's so loud. I really noticed it to the point of it being unbearable on occasions this stay and I had to turn it off but was then too hot to sleep. Damned if you do, damned if you don't...

A hotel seeming to attempting to project a 'trendy' image. The location is good and the public areas are pleasing. The room was large enough and pleasant. On the down side 1. The bathroom was dated and poor. 2. No DVD player 3. After a free 2 hours there is a charge of THB 350 per day for internet. For the price asked, the downsides are disappointing. Other hotels in the same price band do not suffer from the above. SO: Not good value for money.

Rooftop restaurant "Nest" probably the most romantic restaurant in Bangkok. Small fitness and swimmingpool with high boutique factor. Carry your own bags and everything else is taken care of. Free wifi and parking. Lovely place up soi 11 and 50 meters to left. Stay away from the expencive, but average breakfast though...

Le Fenix is just too far away from Sukhumvit Road. There is a tuk-tik, which is fine to use to get to Sukhumvit, but coming back - it's a long walk, taxi's just dont want to pick you up and I won't take motorbike taxis. The hotel is fine, but its location really goes against it. The wjhole point of staying in this area is ease of use of the BTS.

Brilliant hotel. Brilliant staff. Brilliant location. Wonderful bar on roof and level 2. Didn't get to the restaurant but if it was as good as everything else I can only imagine. One downside. Air con is REALLY loud in the room.

The place is a bit run down. The hotel didn't maintain the outlook very well. But the design is very good. And overall is okay.

Highly recommended. Good price for such a boutique style place..

My wife and I found the staff in general very polite and helpful and the two girls at reception made sure our room was ready in a short time. Nice hotel and staff.

This hotel is located at the end of Sukhumvit Soi 11, it is quite a distance to walk from the main road (Sukhumvit) about 15 mins walk from the BTS station. Other than that it is good value for money.

Funky hotel, staff speak good english, 8 mins walk to Train BTS, excellent clubs and restuarants nearby, good pool and gym, would stay again.

The location is not bad because you can easily find many stores, restaurants, massage places and pubs around this area. However, the hotel is far (but not too far) from the main road. The hotel also provide two shuttle three-wheel cars which run until 8pm. The room is just ok. However, the water in shower room is unstable. Sometimes it is too hot. By the way, if you need hair dryer, you have to ask from the reception. Please be informed that they do not provide bath robes, toothpaste, and toothbrush.

Neat place. Set a little back in the Soi but not a long walk to Sky Train. Excellant value for a Mercure Hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well equipped. I would absolutely stay here again on my next Bangkok visit.

Breakfast buffet particuarily poor. Poor selection, often serving dishes empty.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and overall the hotel is good except for the location. Too far from the main street (unless u r there for clubbing)and the hotel tuk tuk was out of order so we either walked or took a cab back to the hotel from the main street. Another BAD thing that we encountered was the aircon leakage. It was flowing like a waterfall in our room. I nearly slip and knock myself against the toilet glass door. My advise to the management is that they shld maintain the hotel up to date as it is managed by the ACCOR group.

bit of a walk to Sukhumvit road but very good clean room for the price. would stay there again.
