"The hotel is in a quiet part of St Martin. Room 29, like all the rooms on the second floor (3rd story), has a sea view. The room was more than adequate and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was a little tired but nonetheless clean. Room cleaning was totally unobtrusive and continental breakfast was excellent at €8/person. Secure underground parking is €5/day. Typically for France, there were no in-room drink making facilities. Excellent room value at €105/night for two. A good 3-star hotel." - George Howitt
"Excellent location facing the sea walls, just a short stroll into the town, with all those excellent restautants and interesting shops. Convenient base for exploring the island. Breakfast only is served in the lobby area, coffee, croissants and so on. Will certainly stay there again. I was made to feel very welcome." - Abbie Spires
