Great location centre of town, very spacious and grand room, good value will stay again for sure

Room was a bit hot and was not able to cool it down with air conditioning. Hall was cooler than our room!! Made it difficult for sleeping even with the windows open.

Free internet and a large room with a front facing window. Quite and restful, yet linked to several good restaurants and on Hamilton's main Street - so everything is easily accesable. Would book there again - a good experience

Good value for the business traveller, ask for a rear facing (quieter) room.

A clean and comfortable, if a little faded, hotel right in the centre of the city. Although there's no restaurant, they have a charge back arrangement with Sands, which is accessible from the lobby. The food at Sands was OK, but the coffee was horrible. The River Cafe on the other side of the main doors, on the other hand, is fantastic. Best breakfast my family has had for ages! The car parking is a bit of a challenge at times, but no real problem. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would go back for sure.

Older restored (some time ago) hotel right in the heart of the resturant district. Was a great location but a little noisy at night due to the night club nearby. However all round great value. Free interent access and parking was included.

Huge room, excellent bed, lots of room to spread out in and relax. Warm too in the middle of a cold snap. It was quiet as well but they did provide earplugs in case street noise was an issue. I will be making this my hotel of choice for Hamilton.

It was great to stay in a character boutique style hotel rather than a typical bland hotel room. Our room was huge, clean and beautifully decorated - reception was welcoming and friendly. And a great location. Would recommend

Overall good value. Very confusing as to where to park as there was no signage, also getting into hotel from the carpark was through the back entrance and past trade entrances which was a little offputting, however once inside the hotel was nice and clean.

This hotel was a nice surprise. The room was very large and decor pleasing. The free internet was also appreciated. My only complaint was the shower was over the bath and the bath extremely high and wide & I could not get into it. The hotel was in the middle of town and handy to everything. The only other drawback was the car parking. It was hard to find, being down an alley from a road behind the hotel. The parking bays were very difficult to manouvre, especially as our car rental company had provided us with a large car instead of the smaller one we had expected.

This stay was enjoyable, however was disappointed that my access to drinking water was through the bathroom taps.A kitchen would have been ideal. Overall, a good stay though my partner and i enjoyed it.

Nice hotel,but in the middle of Hamilton's Party Zone . Very noisy! Partygoers shouting outside hotel up to 5.00 am, so it is impossible to get any sleep.

We were very happy with the deal we booked - which included an automatic upgrade to a large room with a queen size bed and a single bed.The room was huge,beds very comfy and the bathroom large also,with a bath and shower.Central location,free parking and free internet...very good for the price we paid!Only negative was it was a little noisy ,but you're going to get this with the central location and pubs etc close to the hotel.Would stay again.

Great hotel to stay at with very spacious & clean rooms. Ideally situated in the city. Very friendly staff who gave us the opportunity to book into our rooms earlier than what was pre-arranged.
