A good clean hotel, somewhat dated but value for money. Although situated in a busy area ( bus and train station adjacent) the hotel is very quiet.

It's next to the railway station ("Gare"). The hotel isn't very special, but o.k. for one night. It's in the centre of Tours, in a nice area. Our room looked quite old-fashioned, the bathroom was small and we had no view. Breakfast in the hotel was about 12 euro per person, but fortunately there are a lot of places to have breakfast in the area.
Friendly staff. Good breakfast for the price. Convenient location by bus and rail station and conference centre - near old town - yet room was quiet. Furnishings and fittings looking tired.
We got a smoking room after asking for non smoking. Room smelt BAD
What a find. The staff were divine and amazingly helpful and efficient. The hotel is in a great location and Tours is gorgeous. The second night we were in a newly decorated suite and it was HUGE! Really tasteful. Would highly recommend this lovely little old hotel.
Good transit hotel which is handy to town and transport. Breakfast not included.
Some staffs unfriendly and not helpful. Hotel facilities are O.K. level for the price. Wifi wireless internet available only in the hotel lobby, no wired connection available, which caused us a lot of inconvenience. Booked this hotel mainly because of the location close to the railway station and the competitive price.
Right opposite bus and train station so very noisy at times. Triple glazing would solve the problem. Seems to be undergoing refurbishment at the moment. Overall a good location and good value.
