Extremely good, high quality hotel with friendly staff (if only such staff were also in US). I can recommend the hotel to everybody comming to see Angkor Wat.
An excellent hotel, genuinely worth its 5 star rating. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for visiting the temples and ruins at Angkor, but still an easy Moto ride from Siem Reap.

Excellent hotel with friendly competent staff swimming pool was fantastic and the frogs kept my younger child entertained for hours Would definitely recommend it to others and would stay there again
The hotel is beautiful, very modern and clean. Very reasonably priced for an international hotel. Location is in between Angkor Wat and Old Market which is a short distant anyway. Swimming pool could be better designed to give a more resort feel. Friendly and helpful staff.
The staff are very eager and willing to help. The only problem is that their level of English is VERY basic, so we had to repeat ourselves quite often. For a 5-star hotel, the staff needed to be more flexible and attentive e.g. anticipating guests' needs. Maybe I'm too harsh, coming from the service industry myself. Nonetheless a great hotel and I would recommend it for the food, ambience, great pool and spa!
Excellent hotel, one of the best I've ever stayed in. Lovely, friendly staff. Spacious, low-key luxury.
The hotel management and staff were very friendly and always accommodating and their help when seeking medical attention was first class as was the rate charged for the Doctor for the treatment of heat stroke.
A first class hotel in an extraordinary modern style, large and very well equiped rooms, good restaurants.
