"As I stayed only a night in the hotel, I dined only at its coffee shop. Cannot remember the exact, but with some sort of a French name. Anyway, the buffet spread was not too impressive for a 5-star hotel. For a start, the choice of 'hot' food was limited. The worst was its desserts. The fruit selections was one of the worst I've ever seen in a 5-star hotel. There were more dried fruits than fresh. After standing in front of the desserts section for about 7 minutes, I decided to order a cup of coffee. Le Meridien still has a long way to go in this area. Perhaps, they can get some tips from the [other hotel name], which is another 5-star hotel in Jakarta." - Wei Zhong Chan
