Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort

Hotel was great. No complaints at all. Staff were friendly and really helpful. Facilities were great. Great value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

Could of done with more free drinking water. It is unsafe to drink the tap water in Phuket. You only get 2 free bottles water a day the rest you have to buy and it is expensive at the resort. Apart for that is a great place to stay.

i was a little disappointed when i first reached the hotel. the look of the hotel and the rooms looked a little dated. Although the rooms and the look of the hotel is not bad but it would be great if they do it up again and make it contemporary. Everything else at the hotel was just outstanding. Be it the location, service, food, swimming pool or the amazing private beach. Truely a pleasure staying here.highly recommended!

Hotel had lots of amenities and the pool was fabulous this is why it is rated a 5 star. The room was nice about a 3.5 but the bathroom was dated and dark about a 2, because of this I would not say it was a 5 star. The staff and restaurants were also very good with fairly good menus to choose from. Although after a week we were tired of the food and wished there were other restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. For kids this place is fabulous. They can enjoy the beach, the great pool, pizza, kids club and there is a babysitting service also available that we used on a couple of occasions. It was a safe, clean place that our family enjoyed.

Fantastic resort, biggest pool we have ever seen, great gym and a beautiful private beach. Only downside is that you need to catch a Tuk-Tuk into Patong which costs 200 baht each way.

Stay at this hotel. It's as simple as that. The place is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are excellent and in perfect condition - meticulously maintained and cleaned. The service is top-notch and the food, while pricey, is good. The buffet breakfast (included in my price) was of a very good quality. But the real draw here is location: it has its own private beach in a sheltered cove (Relax Bay) so you don't have to deal with annoying vendors like in Patong. But, still, if you want to go to Paton to shop/eat/club, etc., it's only a 5-minute ride away over the hill. When (not if) I go back to this beautiful island, I won't stay anywhere else but this beautiful hotel.

We had the most enjoyable stay at the Le Meridien - the facilties are amazing, as were the staff. They were always friendly and helpful. Along with the vast lush grounds, the hotel being nestled in it's own private little bay made it feel like a real escape away from everything. We will definately be back - we have just found our new 'get-away' spot in Thailand!!
