"An excellent hotel, right in the heart of Madrid and close to Plaza Major, and Puerta del Sol. Good supermarkets and department stores (El Corte Ingles) within 100 metres. Room we had faced into the Plaza San Martin with high ceiling room and French doors you could open for fresh air and a view of the convent next door, but double glazed for quiet and heavy drapes to keep out the light if you need to. Good air conditioning. Bathroom and bit tight for space but very clean and new. A top place!" - Christopher Williams
