Studio – “Le Sensuel”
These spacious 24 m² double rooms are located on the ground floor and the first, second, third and fourth floors of the Residence. Our designer bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. The main 15 m² room includes a double bed or two twin beds upon request, a dining table, two armchairs and bookshelves. The kitchenette is fully equipped.

These suites are located on the ground floor and the first and second floors of the Residence. The view from the 25 m² lounge overlooks a charming inner courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped. The suite has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the lounge, accommodating up to four people. Our designer bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a washbasin with a separate toilet. The suite on the ground floor includes a bathtub.

A large 18 m² double room with a desk and bathroom is located on the upper floor.

The entrance door code is : 28A14.
Once entering the building you will arrive in our lovely courtyard and on your right side you will find a mailbox with your name on it.
The keys of your apartment will be waiting for you with a welcome note in the mailbox.
