Le Senat Hotel Paris

Le Senat Hotel Paris was fantastic. The staff was very kind and they all spoke English which made my vacation much more easy because they were there to answer any questions I had and the language was never an issue. The rooms were very clean and the continental breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located in the Latin Quarter which is a great area. It is a five minute walk from Notre Dame and there are little souvenir and boutique shops everywhere. The price was very resonable. Definitely worth it!! Next time I go back to Paris I will make sure I stay at Le Senat Hotel! I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone!

Very nice little hotell - very central and in an area with a lot of nice little restaurants and bars within walking distance.

We had a terrific stay at Le Senat Hotel in Paris. The hotel has a wonderful location (more or less 100 metres from the Luxembourg Gardens, 400 from the Pantheon and 1 Km from Notre Dame), a very nice design an confortable and clean rooms. We stayed in the "Suite" (a two stairs apartment well furnished and provided with any facilites, two televisions, a sofa and a very nice bathroom)as the room we had requested (a classic twin) was not available at our arrival. We decided not to have any breakfast at the hotel, because we considered it quite expensive(15 Euros per person per day). We preferred to have our breakfast in the nice cafés - brasseries around the hotel, where with 7,50 euros per person you can have a wonderful french breakfast. The personnel at the concierge was very friendly and helpful and the service was very good. The price is definitely worth it. We highly recommend "Le Senat Hotel"in Paris!

This hotel is in a fantastic location - close to bars/ bistros and tourist attractions -Pantheon/Luxemborg Gardens/St Sulpice/ Notre Dame- the area is totally buzzing. Hotel rooms were tiny ( need to take turns in the bathroom for a double) which you expect but very clean, service was good especially at breakfast and the bar area - one receptionist was a little off - however best location I have stayed in in Paris just where we wanted to be for a fab few days.

Nice and tidy hotel. Recently renovated. Very good breakfast. Closed to both Metro and RER station.

I have stayed at Le Senat twice within the last 6 months and believe that it is a very good value for the money, and well located (across from Luxembourg Gardens). The rennovation that took place a couple of years ago was extremely well done, however, it is time that the management paid a little attention to keeping it up, as some of the room furniture is a bit worn. Breakfast was really good and the best part, the staff at the front desk and breakfast room were very helpful and cordial. I will continue to recommend Le Senat and will book in the future.

Lovely, comfortable hotel across from the Luxembourg Gardens. Very nice modern bathrooms with great water pressure. Room was good size for Paris-we had a twin room. Bed was very comfortable with goose down duvets and pillows. Very nice modern decor. Breakfast was included and was very nice. This is a great deal. We'll stay here again for sure.

Excellent location for those guests wanting to stay on the left bank. Very busy street, so avoid arriving with your own car. Taxi recommended. Rooms are very small, but that is the case in most of these locations. Just refurbished. Bath room very, very small !! No minibar in the room, so no cold drink available ! I consider this as a shortcomming . Good air-conditioning . Rooms at the back have no sight at all. Window opens on a shaft. Very friendly staff. Very good for that type of location but too pricy in view of the reduced space available.

Hotel is stylish and the location is ideal. i.e. situated in a quiet close between the busy places of interest. Jardin de Luxembourg, Sorbonne, Pantheon, Designer shopping, Cafe's, Bars, Restuarants. It's a relatively small hotel, rooms are typically Parisian (on the small side). The staff were particularly helpful and whatever my enquiry were happy to help, which made for an enjoyable stay. I would stay here again.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights - the hotel was very clean and the rooms very nicely decorated in a contemporary style. The location is excellent (if you prefer the left bank in Paris). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there next time in Paris.

This was a great hotel. Felt like it was brand new (it has just been renovated) and in an excellent location, right opposite le jardin de Luxembourg and le senat. An easy walk to St Germain des Pres and the city centre. Good beds, fluffy duvets, friendly service. I would definitely stay here again. Although at 15 euros per person for breakfast, I would opt for a baguette and a pain au chocolate.

Nice hotel in a very nice surrounding, lots of restaurants, bars etc. in walking distance. Only ten minutes walking to the metro. Very helpful and friendly staff.

This is the second time I have stayed at this Paris hotel and I hope I get the chance to do so again. Located close to the Jardin De Luxembourg and a short walk to the Metro and RTR stations makes getting around Paris very easy. The area has numerous array of restaurants and cafes to choose from across all price ranges. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was great.

Very helpful and friendly staff, very smart modern decor and extremely good bed and shower. Lovely big fluffy towels, heated towel rail in bathroom great for drying clothes!

This is a great little modern hotel ideally located next to the Luxembourg Gardens. We found the staff really helpful and enjoyed our honeymoon there. Style of hotel is modern and sleek with a good bathroom. All in all, we would recommend this hotel and the buffet breakfasts in the cellar are well prepared.

Our stay was delightful! More than met our expectations. All of the desk staff spoke English and were extremely helpful. We will definitely stay at this hotel on our next visit to Paris.
