Leelawadee Boutique Hotel Phuket

This is a budget hotel in Patong Beach. It is a some distance from the beach but its prices reflect that. It was quiet and clean away from the noisy parts of Patong. I would stay here again if I was looking for a budget stay in Patong.

Large room, clean and comfortable. The hotel is currently installing an elevator which will be a major plus ... we got a lot of excercise using stairs as our room was on the 3rd floor. Breakfast is poor unless you are happy with just an omlette and toast. A short walk to the beach meant it was a good location and quiet at night.

I always stay in this hotel simply because it's good value for money. It's a simple, no frills hotel.

We found the staff to be very accommodating and helpful when neede. The restaurant on site was a bonus ...good food and quite inexpensive. A bit of a walk to the beach (5-7 minutes) but that meant peace and quiet at night. Recommend the pool view, balcony rooms. Good breakfast buffet in the morning with eggs cooked to order.

Very happy with the staff,very obliging,clean & quiet. Only problem was the steps,as I am in my 70's, but they replaced me on a lower floor with out any problems.

No elevators, so may not be suitable for elder folks. Other than that, very good value for money.

Hotel is nice, clean and rooms are big enough for the price, the location is not really good as it take 20 minutes walk to Patong CBD and 10 minutes to beach areas. There is only a small swimming pool, no fitness centre or sauna so don't expect to high for the hotel facility, service is good and friendly staff.

A good hotel for vacation, in the southern end of Patong Beach. Good service and nice location on a small hillside. A couple of hundred meters to the beach.

The nice thing was that it was a little bit out of the noisy part of town but still only a short walk to the beach and shopping area.

I Thoroughly enjoyed Leelawadee Boutique Hotel. The staff were so friendly! You can sit at the bar and chat for hours with the people there.

Good medium price hotell located at the first redlight on the road from Karon to Patong. Felt like a small family hotel and it was good and extra pricy when they offer free wifi on the rooms ! Pool is about 10m x 5m, and you must walk a lot of steps during your stay.

very clean and new, nice pool, service OK, about 10 minute walk from Patong beach, a lot of stairs in this hotel but good location away from noise. Price fair for high season (1900 baht), would stay again.

a nice hotel with charming staff...good food....the pool is small but fine and anyway the beach not far... the room was spacious and immaculate as with all parts of the hotel...would rcomend to others and will stay there again.

The hotel staff are extremely friendly and polite. They are one of the best I have ever come upon.

Nice room. Friendly, efficient staff. However, this hotel is only for the physically fit as there were 90(!) stairs from the ground to my room on the 2nd floor. No lift. Porters will take your bags but you have to be able to do the stairs and there is not a rail for all of them.

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the beach. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Plenty of places to eat and transport is readily available.

Excellent, small locally run hotel. Staff very friendly and do their best to make you feel at home. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends. Only problem, for the elderly or infirm, is the lack of a lift to any of the levels.
