Excellent 3 star accommodation. Pleasant surroundings, staff extremely friendly, always ready to assist in anyway possible. Central location. Would recommend highly.
nice hotel in good area close to everything. only complaint is the breakfasts, very basic and no variety.
Excellent location. food in restaurant quite decent. value for money. service not so good specially house keeping. They need to look seriously regarding plumbing/ airconditioning etc. Complaint doesn't mean anything even if properly attended to.
The hotel was clean but in need of a little TLC. The breakfasts were not good at all kept running out of silly things like Bread and Ice. But overall it was OK, I would stay there again.
It was a lovely hotel, considering price and 3 star rating. Bathroom flooded, and bathroom badly needed renovating. Staff were extremely helpful.
Okay hotel in a great location.
The pool area was great, as was the food served by room service. The location is great within easy walking of Kuta, but far enough away from the noise. We stayed in a deluxe room and it was just okay.
Hotel grounds were lovely, staff were friendly, weren't to happy with the first room we were put in..but they promptly moved us to a much better one. Overall would recomend it.
Our first night was in a standard room which was very shabby needing paint and sheets were stained. This was a hotel error as we had booked the deluxe. The other 4 nights were in a deluxe poolside room which was better although still run down. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dining area uninviting but plenty of good inexpensive places very close by to eat. On the whole it was very good value for money and close to Kuta for shopping.
I have stayed in this hotel many times and have always enjoyed it, it is a reasonable price and the service is always very good Bev (Perth)
the staff were very friendly & helpful, i had such a great time i re-booked to stay longer. i will definetely go there again but hopefully the mexican restaurant will be open by then.
Very polite cleaners and bar attenders but the reception atteders need to learn some manners. And i did get food poisoming from the hotel food but would stay there again.
