Getting there:We are only 5 miles from Central London. 2 Minutes walk from Streatham Hill Station with frequent South London Metro trains to Victoria. It takes only 14 minutes to get to Victoria. Travel to Victoria is very easy by Underground tubes in Central London.

Child Policy:Upto 2 years the Child is free. Later own if the bedding configuration is not changed then 50% to pay for a child upto 12 years. If need extra bedding configuration then have to pay as adult.
fine economy hotel in Streatham if that is what you want. would have liked to have been able to pick a room away from the breakfast room.
I have now stayed here twice. The staff are friendly and the breakfast service excellent.
I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the region of Streatham Common. The hotel was very clean, the bed very comfortable and the hotel had free parking. I am planning to stay again in the near future.
For the price I thought it was very good, the room was spotless!! but you have to remember you are not staying in a 4* hotel, but over all would stay there again.
A pleasant hotel in a convenient location for public transport. For a budget hotel it was just what I was looking for - no fancy trimmings or facilities, but clean and friendly.
My 2nd visit. I was given room 246, upstairs. Room clean, quiet. Instructions for TV printed in poor English. No hot water for about 10 minutes. Difficult flush on toilet. A leaflet with information on Transport links would be useful, ref Zones, Oyster Card, etc. Reception worked well.
The hotel was clean, comfortable and very warm. Breakfast was basic with little choice if you didn't want a cooked meal. Staff were helpful.
The hotel is very clean, it has no frills what so ever, therefore you get exactly what you pay for; a clean bed and bedroom, no hassle, service was polite and welcoming, always checking you were happy, Breakfast is a bit like a school cafe, but again every thing is clean, and food is delivered fast and hot. stayed two nights, just wanted somewhere to rest my head after a conference, can not complain, I will be returning to Leigham Court Hotel.
Facilities clean and comfortable, but fairly basic. Friendly staff. Good links to central London. Has car parking. Represents excellent value for money in this location.
An excellent hotel. Decent sized clean room, Pleasant and helpful staff. Linen changes daily. Close to rail station. Quiet neighbourhood. Would stay there again.
