Leisure Inn Spires Blue Mountains

An absolutly fantastic place to stay with children ! Great central location with plenty of space to rest and relax. It was a pleasure to return to the room after a day out - wish we could have taken a longer holiday !

Bathroom fittings need replacing/re-securing as appear to be very loose i.e. toilet roll holder. Other than that great place to stay always great value . Highly recommended is in a great location close to railway stn/shops/restaurants etc.

Great place to stay. Nice big rooms and well organised self-catered style accommodation. Third time back here. Would definately recommend the place.

Internet didn't work and staff could not help us at night. I new internet cord was required. No spares on site!Otherwise a great place to stay.

Cleanliness, location and service were good, even excellent. The door was sticking on the latch, therefore hard to open. This was mentioned at check-out time. The sink plug was missing, this was fixed the same day. Bed/bedding was good. Do not remember receiving a "Thank You" card at check-in, but may have overlooked this. A traffic island at the car entry is a nuisance, as is the lack of street parking in front of the reception to facilitate check-in. Nothing can be done about the second, but perhaps the traffic island can be removed. Staff friendly and helpful. Overall happy to have stayed there and will choose again.

Have stayed manner times before excellent location. Walk to restaurants 50-100 metres. First-timers take a set of ear plugs for sleeping just in case your unit is near the train line can by noisy.

Having lifts installed would be really helpful for getting luggage up and down floors. If you have trouble with this, park on the street and request a ground-floor apartment. Getting in and out of the spa bath / combined shower recess was quite awkward, I'm not sure if all rooms have a shower-over-spa-bath bathing arrangement, but it would be difficult for smaller or less physically healthy or strong people to access the shower in this situation. Apart from these concerns (which as an OT I consider for other people) it was a lovely stay.

With a clear request for NO STAIRS due to both couples having disabilities we were disappointed that the apartment had 2 flights of stars that needed to be used before you reached the rooms. This made for great difficulty for us all and spoilt what would have been a great getaway.

This fifth time we have stayed its a great location to Leura Mall. Just 50 metre to nearest restaruant. Apartment are large and clean.

We enjoyed our stay at Leisure Inn Spires. The apartment was roomy and well equipped. The spa bath was just that - a regular bath with jets - but it was still very welcome on a very chilly night. The hotel is located at the very top of Luera's main high street, so there is a great variety of cafes and shops within a 5 minute walk. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. I'd recommend this hotel for a stay in the mountains.

Pleasant surroundings/grounds with a clean, modern, comfortable room. Convenient location. Great kitchen facilities for those who want to self cater. Sparkling clean bathroom. Friendly reception and excellent service from the manager when extra linen was required. We will definitely stay again.

Rooms was very large, bed was very comfortable, furniture was basic. TV was disapointing. Shower was located in the spa bath so very difficult for persons with a handicap.

The Leisure Inn Spires is a good all round hotel. The hotel doesn't pretend to be a 5 star marbled floor hotel, rather it is simply somewhere to put your head down of a night. My one issue with the hotel was that the bathroom window cant be opened and there is no exhaust fan. Consequently, floor was constantly wet. I visited in Winter and so the floor was freezing with no way of drying it out. Your told at the time of check in that if you want to have your room serviced and towels changed then there is a further charge. However on the whole, it's not a bad place to put your head down. I'd stay there again, but this time in summer.

Very Nice Accomodations. Well equiped, clean, and in a convenient location. Would recommend and stay again!

Great spa in the room and very spacious lving area. Had everything you could want - including soap!. Room could probably do with a paint touch up and larger TV. Easy access from the car park to the room. Reception needs to be more clearly marked to where it is. Location is great, just a very short 1 minute walk and you are in the main street or at the railway station.

The apartment is modern and spacious. However, there is no air conditioner in the bedroom and it was very hot. The air conditioner in the living room blows directly on the sofa bed, which is not very comfortable at night. Location is good and a secure undercover parking is a bonus.

no room servicing was done for the 3 nights we stayed in. We had to ask for fresh towels. No soap - had to buy. Good location otherwise and pretty reasonable rooms.
