"Facilities - restaurants were closed due to issue with air conditioning, therefore room service was also not available. That was very disappointing. "The showers need a door...when using the shower, almost the entire floor in the bathroom becomes wet to the point of being dangerous.
There was no internet (2nd floor.) A staff member tried to sort this out, but we found that the network hub on the second floor was not turned on, nor did it have a power cord. (I have a degree in IT, and the installatoin was incomplete, and very poor. THe hub, not mounted, but hanging by it's data connectors is unbelievable.)
The remote for the LCD TV had a range of about 40cm. even after changing the batteries.
Note, The staff were very helpfull and pleasant, and I believe they did all that was possible at the time.

"Unfortunately, the catering facilities were not available, so I had to eat out for dinner and breakfast. There were no car spaces available so I had to park on a parking meter. The door mechanism seemed to "sound off" continuously through the night, which kept me awake." - Anonymous
