"Hotel location was fine for us as we had a 15 min walk into the main square in Verona. However, at night a taxi home would be required as there is a 40 metre unlit underpass to go through just before reaching the hotel. Otherwise the hotel, and everything about it was very good." - Anonymous

"This hotel may be a 4-star hotel, but the service lack the service you expect from a hotel at that level. Nothing was included in the price. From - parking in the hotel parking €16 a night for outdoors stand - to the €10 breakfast - and that was not just because we had a discount on the full price. The hotel is not as described a 10 minutes walk from center of Verona it is more like 20 min plus. Just outside the hotel on your way to the centre, you have to walk through a under passage 30 - 40 meter, in which I both on the in and out trip encountered unsavory types. Look closer to town her you may even find a hotel of the same name as the city. " - Anonymous
