"I booked a non-smoking room w/ a double bed and bathtub but was given a room with 2 twin beds w/ only shower when checking in. When I asked to change the room, I felt like asking for a favor from the hotel instead of getting what I paid for. Eventually I was reluctantly given a double bed in smoking area w/ 2 single beds put together! No bathtub. It's on the top floor where the lift does not reach (the top floor of the eastern wing of the building).Tiny shower cubicle (even for a double room). No air conditioning. No views. Lacking curtains. Old building in a residential area. No ironing. No tea/coffee maker. The hotel has only fewer than 10 rooms with bathtub. No convenience stores or any vending machines around hotel, save the one inside the hotel for soda. Rude and curt breakfast/restaurant staff. You have to call ahead to arrange transportation. I waited for 20 minutes when they said it would arrive in 10. Check-out time is 10am, very early. Avoid this hotel if you can." - Anonymous
