Good location, although quite a walk (l5 min) from the train station. We had a superior room, asked for a triple (3 beds). The third bed was a very uncomfortable foldaway cot. There was no internet access in the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful ( we spoke French). Breakfast was expensive, so we didn't take the breakfast Pricing was decent for Nice.

This hotel was in an extremely good location and pleasantly qutie cheap when booked through Rates To Go! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to pay a little more than budget prices- it is worth it, only 5 mins walk from the promenade des anglais.
Excellent hotel with friendly attentative staff
Booked the hotel based on good reviews. Stayed one night in Sept. This is an excellent small hotel and in a very good location. There was no disturbance from noise as mentioned in some reviews. Very good level of service and breakfast perfectly acceptable and fresh (if a little pricey). Lack of free internet is the only negative aspect I can think of.
Very nice atmosphere. We will come back.
