"All in all the hotel was excellent value for the price. We had a problem with the shower doors not sliding. It would have been nice if the hotel had had a bar but there was room service and also the hotel is so close to other bars and restaurants that it was not a problem." - SUE JENKINS

"They were very helpful when they realised that the stairs to te first floor would be a problem for our elderly Mum and changed us to a garden room . They provide French bolster pillows (a pain-in-the-neck) and their beds, although brand new in March 2007, are "rock-hard" (a pain-in-the-back). " - Roger Charles
