NICE, NEAT, AND WALKING DISTANCE TO ALL TOURIST ATTRACTIONS AND BUSINESS CENTERS. ACCOMMODATING AND POLITE STAFFS.
For the price, this is a great recommendation. No frills. But good location, nice room, all necessary amenities including WiFi, good breakfast, very adequate clean bathroom. Close to downtown, bus terminal and Metro. We would stay again.
Very happy with location vs price. Nice to have a kitchenette and good choice of breakfast.
The hotel is somewhat hard to find, our taxi driver had to have help. Good staff, spoke good English. The studio room was more than adequate for our needs. The full breakfast was very good. The hotel was walking distance to restaurants.
Citrus spray is over used making room odor repulsive. Garage facilities is limtes for SUVs
The street approach is a bit unattractive, but the location, facilities and room were very good. The staff were extremely polite, helpful and friendly and we would definitely stay there again.
Basic, but clean hotel which I stayed in for 5 nights over Easter 2009. The hotel is conveniently located in a small side-street off the main St Catherine street, and just a 2 minute walk to the Berri Metro train station and a 5 minute walk to the City Bus Station - airport bus service also drops offs/picks up here. Not right in the middle of the CBD either, but nicely located for the gay village if that's your thing. The free internet is not wireless but cabled, but was very reliable and quick whilst the free continental breakfast was also welcomed - very basic and not 100% entirely appetizing, but nevertheless you can't go wrong with toast cereal and preserves can you. The eggs, sausage and potatos weren't all that flash... Fitness room was basic, very small and had a treadmill and bile, whilst weights were lacking. All in all, a great budget hotel
Everything in the hotel was very good; I am very pleased with the attention at the Front Desk, especially a girl named Dorothee; she was very friendly and helpulf, in spite that she did not speak a lot of english, and did not speak french. I am happy to have choosen this hotel and I am for sure recomend it to anybody and the next time I go to Montreal, I am planning to stay there if is there any vacancy by the time I go.
excellent location, good service, good value for money
The only negative was that the room was a little dark. We had a pleasant stay nevertheless.
This is a clean, basic, neat, tidy hotel whose rooms have a small kitchenette. Breakfast is included and was good but one down side was the skimpy towels. It is on a quiet side street very close to the airport bus terminal and the main Berri/UQAM metro station. It is a short walk to the riverside promenade into the old port area. One mistake is thinking latin quarter, main metro station, university equates to the Parisian equivalent; area is a bit seedy and the main restuarants are a fair walk away and cafes non-existant. Would stay there again.
This was a great place in the heart of the village. Free internet at reception. Self service laundry facilities. Staff are very helpful, and the pricing was great. I would stongly reccomend. Just note all rooms are non smoking.
the setting is a little daunting, but convenient to the restaurants and night life.
I spent a week at Les Suites Labelle and I would highly recommend it. The romms are standard, but very clean. The best thing is the staff, very friendly and always ready to please the guest. I wouldn´t recommend it for a business traveller, even if it´s well situated and near a metro station. Very good for tourists.
very friendly and helpfull staff. location is very handy to latin quarter and old montreal and easy walking to metro.
