"I feel the hotel is rather clean as its recently built. However the service is not impressive. I have been waiting for a few hours at the reception to wait for the double room which was booked initially. I arrived at about 11:30am and not able to get the room until 2:00pm. When i checked out which was after 12:00pm so was charged for an additional half-day rate. The worse thing is that the rate charged is much more expensive than the [website] rates. So overall, hope [website] do not recommend this hotel to future customer. " - Anonymous
