Getting there:The Hotel is located in the center of Madrid, among Gran Vía, Callao Square and Puerta del Sol (right in the heart of Madrid´s shopping and tourist area), next to Carmen and Preciados street. Surroundings you can enjoy of a large cultural offert, theatres, cinemas, museum, art gallery, etc. Besides this wonderful location of our Hotel, you can take a look of the so called Madrid of the Austrias and Borbones, and the most modern building of contemporary architecture. The Hotel has parking facilities for our guests. You can reach the hotel by Underground (Sol Station Lines 1 2 or 3) There are several buses finishing in Puerta del Sol. Then walk through El Carmen St. and you'll find our hotel in the right hand side. Also you can reach the hotel from Gran Via St. taking Tres Cruces St. and arriving to Carmen Square... we are there!

A very nice hotel. The room was very nice and the bathroom was clean and modern. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Staff was helpful and check-in went very smoothly. Convenient metro access at Puerta del Sol.

A great location in the centre of Madrid. This is clean hotel and one of the least friendly I stayed at in Spain. Not service oriented and will charge you excessively for things like internet. I might stay there again because of the location but definitely not because of the service or friendliness of the staff
Excellent location, only 5 minutes' walk to two Metro stations and close to Gran Via. Breakfast not included in the price, but there are nice pastry/bread shops nearby to eat at.
Helpful reception and responsive staff. Good sized room. Non smoking room that felt like a non-smoking room: a bonus in Spain.

This hotel is in a convenient location and has lots of places to sight see, eat and drink nearby. It is only about a 2-3min walk from the subway. Breakfast was good. The decor is slightly older and the gym equipment wasn't very new (and some didn't work) but overall for price I would stay here again.
OK for cleanliness, although the room had a funny smell to it. The service was generally good although a few of the staff came across on several occasions as very rude. The hotel did accomodate my requests however and were generally very helpful. The location is great and the included breakfast is very good. Overall, a good value for the money.

The location of the hotel is very good, and you can walk in any direction to the most importand sites in the city. It's clean and tidy. I've stayed here before and I think I was a little unlucky this last time with the room. For the price you pay you should expect a little more, but normally the rooms are quite ok. But the rooms maybe needs an upgrade.
