"-I had accommodation in September and the swimming pool was closed (as far as I understood also in June is closed, so if you need it, you'll find it only in July and August)
-the breakfast in all 6 mornings when I was eating there was exactly the same and lack any kind of imagination (the same omelette, cheese and ham, yoghurt, butter and jam)
-the internet service in the room is hard to use (I bought for few times account for wifi in my room and every time I couldn't use it till the end of allocated time for more than one or two websites
-the satellite service has around 10 channels, eurosport and mtv being the only wide interest ones
-the rest is ok, the rooms are clean (even not so fresh), the perssonel is doing well it's job, the prices are fair
-i didn't spend much time in the hotel, so all those problems were very insignificant and didn't affect at all my very good time spent in Portugal " - Catalin Cojocaru

"Our room TV did not have CNN, Sky News or BBC world service. This is not acceptable. We did not try the air-conditioning, but would regard it as essential in the hot summer. The pool looked very attractive, but the water will not be warm enough until mid-June onwards. At this time of year only breakfast available." - Mr Brian Moore
