Great location for working at Olympia exhibition. Pretty basic, very small room but price was fine and i didn't have to spend much time there.

The hotel needs renovation. Outside looks much better than inside. Location pterry good, next to underground station West Brompton. Breakfast is okay, although I missed the milk&cornflakes.

Decor all a bit tired but a good location and good, if a little small, room for the price. Breakfast was served and was very good.

I was more than happy with the hotel considering the price that I paid for the room. The location was good and only a few minutes walk to Earls Court tube, the exiobition centre is across the road. I would recommend the food in The Prince of Wales pub, also across the road from the hotel, try the fish it's massive. I was very immpressed with the service during breakfast, very quick and tasty, the only down side was that the pubs close to the hotel close early, around 23.00. The hotel were more than haoppy for us to leave our bags with them whilst we went out on a tour of the city.

The hotel is very well placed for the Earls' Court exhibition complex, and is only around 200 yards from West Brompton station. I found my room was clean and comfortable, albeit at a budget level.

I was quite satisfied with the hotel. It was exactly to expectations. Twin room was clean, bathroom was fine, hot water with high pressure was available, personell was helpful. Hotel is located only a couple of minutes walk from tube station and about 15 mins walk from V&A, Science and Natural History Museums. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the lobby after checkout. In general, everyone was really helpful with info and everything. Breakfast was fine. Decent quantity and quality. Only problem was the limited seating available, which meant that people had to queue for breakfast, which is not the ideal way to begin your day, especially when on holiday and when pressed with time (we didn't have to, though). But then again, I was there over the weekend, so maybe it's better during weekdays.

Great location, handy to underground & overground. Excellent breakfast included, and friendly staff. Room very small and mattress was the worst encountered in three months of travelling. Room was clean but some rubbish remained in corridor for at least 3 days. However, given high hotels prices in London the Lily was still good value for money, especially for those on a tight budget.

The price+quality of the hotel services were very good. I´m not blaming the old house & cleaness.

Very nice service, room was small but was expected for the price. All very clean and great location to two different tube lines and a main line station. Directly opposit Earls Court and with car parking (unusual for London). Very nice breakfast as well.

Value for money. We stayed really central and just needed a place to crash, so it ticked those boxes. If you book a non-smoking room it means that you get a room that smells unmistakenly of smoke, and the only atempt to make it non-smoking means opening the windows out to the street before arrival of guests. Big breakfast (full English) was really nice and kept us going for most of the day.

Small hotel, small rooms but nice and clean. Well equiped. I apreciated instant coffe, cream and tea and sugar and a speed cooking kettle (sorry, I dont now the exact word in english). Bathroom was newly renovated, very good. I would apreciate only little bit more various breakfast. The personnel was very friendly. Good location near underground. It is good enough for few days stay.

Good location near to West Brompton tube on the District line and very convenient for visiting Earls Court. However, it's on a busy main road and my room at the front on the 1st floor suffered from street niose which may bother some people. Room and e-suite: no frills but good size, clean and prefectly adequate. English breakfast, again no frills but plenty of it. A nice, value for money hotel that meets expectations. I'd certaily stay here again.

The hotel fixtures especially the toilet and bath are poorly maintained. Although the beddings are clean, most fixtures and furnitures are seemingly old. The hotel staff are friendly and very assisting.
