"[The hotel] is a pleasant place to stay of your travel requires you to have convenient access to Ortigas, Mandaluyong and Pasig City. The staff are always very pleasant and obliging and in recent years the catering in the first floor restaurant for lunch and dinner has improved measurably. I enjoy my stays there, which are usually memorable for one reason or another. Cant fault the staff or their attitude. The location is a little incovenient when visiting Makati though and the traffic, well what can you do about Manila traffic that isn't unpleasant. The only issue with the hotel is if your travel arrangements change, any over the counter booking changes will incur a huge premium over this wonderful hotel booking service.
