Really found staff and service great. there was a little bit of road noice up thats what you expect when you are handy to the road meaning it was easy to find.
you get what you pay for, this place is badly in need of a makeover the rooms are very dated. The one plus is its location

Friendly staff......made us feel very welcome.
Older style motel bit musty smell, shower mixer not good and with old sheets (with holes). Easy to find on main road but was noisy next to garage car repair and busy road. Breakfast was toast and cereal only. For the price it was OK.
Staffs are friendly but I will not stay there anymore because the hotel is too close to the main road and can hear the traffic.
We found the management and staff to be helpful in every way possible and the staff were more than happy to look after us i would highly recomend this motel to anyone could not be happier
A perfect motel if you just simply want somewhere to sleep for a few hours at night. Not modern, not luxurious, just somewhere to sleep. Right on highway so quite a bit of traffic noise. Not too far from Hobart City, but only a 20 min walk from Lindisfarne Village where a wonderful bakery awaits. For the price I paid it was fine, but any more and I would be checking out the next day.
The food and service in the restaurant was exceptional. The manager knows all the secrets of best places to go and spent an hour with us talking about Tasmania.
Good Value for money, you won't find cheaper. Freindly staff and very helpful, they even lent me a phone charger. Old Motel but clean and big room, better and cheaper than a cosy cabin.
We stayed 3 nights and was generally satisfied. Easily accessed from the airport and Hobart city. Double-room No 11 was large and clean. Staff was helpful. I could also smoke on the verandah and enjoy the view.
Establishment is very old and in need of major renovation. However, it was clean and the staff were accommodating and friendly. OK for a short stay (1 or 2 nights) but no longer. Easy to find and a short drive over the Derwent River Bridge to the city.
Slightly noisy as motel is on main road but very convenient for visiting Hobart, surrounding area and Port Arthur
Excellent dining room & meal.
Fantastic Service, and Staff.
the hotel is very nice and very nice staff, we had a great stay.
Very friendly staff.
Ideal location if you have a car and don't want to stay in the heart of Hobart. The rooms were average although the bathroom could do with a little more scrubbing. Our shower was blocked for 2 mornings and so we had to go to another room for a shower. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Hotel is about 5 minutes drive from CBD. Parking is easy, right outside your room. There is no A/C but there is heat which is fine because it is rarely very hot in Hobart. Bed comfortable, TV is free to air, shower but no bath, fridge. Rear view is of houses and the bay. There is a supermarket 2 minutes walk away. Hotel is located in residential area so it is a very quiet area. Breakfast was quite good and was able to get what I wanted (egg white omlette on toast).
The only criticism of the hotel would be that there is not an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Service was great and the owners very welcoming and helpful in regards to site seeing.
We appreciated the hotel providing our breakfast on the evening prior to our early morning departure. They brought things that we could refrigerate in our room, including milk, bread for toast, butter and jam, juice. They also provided an EARLY morning wake up call (4:30am).
