"We would recommend this hotel as the facilities, comfort & cleanliness were first rate as was the buffet breakfast.The location was not the best for sightseeing but the good tram service made it easy to get around the city.
The only black mark goes to one of the waitress's response to our complaint about people smoking in the restaurant (non smoking) was "It is my restaurant & if I say they can smoke-they can". " - Charles Bell

"If Price and Value could co-exist then this Hotel exudes all those qualities. Absolutely outstanding breakfast (price of room included breakfast). No matter what your tastes are you will be able to find it on their breakfast menu. Smoked salmon, variety of dried and cured hams, fruit, variety of egg dishes, cereals, breads, drinks, sweet pastries etc.
Wonderful hospitaly and service by hotel staff. Reception very helpful with all our queries. Super comfortable beds. Hotel includes sauna, steam room + gym, all very clean and modern. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED." - Anonymous
