Good central location!

the buffer breakfast was very bad, not enough variety. the room located too far away from the lift, take 5 minutes walking to the reception area. No herbal tea as promised.

This is a nice smaller hotel away from the major city strip hotels. Rooms are small but clean, and the hotel offers most services. A convenient value for money choice in Singapore.

This is a very clean hotel in a quiet neighborhood. It's location may not be in the party spots of Singapore, but if you need a quiet stay this is a great place. I've stayed at this hotel every time I've been in Singapore.

The location is closer to the airport and other business areas. The hotel however does not rate four star when compared to four star hotels elsewhere. Rooms are too small though clean and tidy. Staff quite helpful.

The only minus thing was that the breakfast wasn't included the room price even we paid 80 € for the room. The hotel is located very near the Outram Park subway and it's also a short walk from Chinatown. The room was nice and clean and I would definately stay there again. I feel that I got a value for my money :)

The room is small and lighting is not enough. Location is convenience. The staffs are very nice and helpful.

Room small but clean and had a large shower in bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. They have a small supermarket on site open 24 hours and the Hotel runs a very good shuttle service to Orchard Road and Chinatown.

The only two disappointments with this excellent hotel were that the bedrooms are not carpeted (bare wooden floors and the dim lighting provided by only 3 table lamps.

We had a quiet stay in this place quite convenient by taxi to all locations unless you want the bus haggles. I would stay there again if I 'EVER' go back there, Singapore is once seen kind of town/city/country call it what you will.

A difficult review to write as there are many contradictory factors. The room was nicely decorated in a Chinese theme, but it was small. The sze of the room is due to the building being very long and narrow - "Link" is an approprate discription. But I got upgraded - so can't complain! The bar was small but the band and singer played and sung thier hearts out. I wouldn't pay for one of their overpriced ($20) breakfasts. But nearby there's hepa of caf's and resturants and it was nice to sit and eat with the locals al fresco. The staff were curteous and helpful, even when I hadn't reckoned on what appearred to be a hidden service charge (although I realsied later it wasn't). Location wise it's away from the centre so not convenient in that sense. Having said that, the transport links - train and bus - were excellent! Pricing wise, if you can get a good deal there it's worth it, otherwise maybe a tad on the expensive side for what you get. ay your money, take your choice!

very small room for the price we paid...

The hotel was new. The room was small but clean and comfortable. Staff were freindly. Not far from subway station, only around 5-10 minutes walk. The only one weakness of this hotel is that it was devided in 2 parts linked by pedestrain bridge so this thing made me a little bit tired and confused at the beginning of our stay. By the way,it's still a good hotel compared with other hotel in the same range you can find in SG.

Lovely location, Friendly staff but a few areas need attention. 1) Refrigerator never worked during my entire stay. 2) There was some hair behind the toilet door, which was never cleaned and I did not report it as I was curious to see when it would be done. Room # 3104 Would definitely go back again.

Good hotel - ideally located for the MRT to the west of the city (such as the NUS, Biopolis, etc) as well as the city centre / Chinatown. Free in room internet access too makes this a good boutique business choice.

The hotel is located in a good spot near Chinatown with all it's food stalls. Its a good starting point to discover Singapore and the price performance is really good.

Not much facilities wise, and nearby walking distance there is nothing much to do. The superior room I stayed is quite tastefully done up but is small and cramped, and to be honest,I will not be surprised if some budget hotels are larger. Will try other hotels at the same rate Im paying for sure.

I recently stayed at this hotel, booked through the last minute deal offered by hotelclub. I found this hotel to be quite interesting, small but chic, and located in the residential area so it's not too hectic. I believe the overall cleanliness was good, but I found some spots in my room amenities. This area should be improved or it will ruined the good things the hotel has to offer.

The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly - enjoyed my stay although the room was tiny.

Pleasant. I would stay there again. Decent priced decent quality hotels are hard to come by in Singapore.
