Lisboa Hotel Macau

Price was expensive as it was expected since it was a weekend. Room and bathroom was good. Close to downtown area. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

The Hotel is like a Palace, all what you see is sparkling around you, Lobby, stairs, Lifts etc.Very Goods location near shops and restaurant, 5 minutes to San Ma Lo, the Pedestrian Street of Macau. very friendly and helpfull Staff.many restaurants with different flavours.covered swimming pool.all in all it was great experience, I will go to this Hotel in the future.

The room is well equipe with quality products. Nice bathroom with high end tioletries. Rate room at 7 However along common coridor, it is unavoidable to come in contact with numerous call girls. Not recommended for family with children.

This stay at Lisboa was fantastic. Big spacious rooms, solid mattress, comfy pillows and i can go on endlessly. Service was great, a very helpful bell boy delivered my luggage and even went the extra mile to tell me how to make a connecting room call as he realised i was with my family. Over location is not too bad. Room is clean and neat. I would recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

had a great time fantastic staff and location very clean. bed was a little hard is my only critique. i wish they would ban smoking in the restaurants..........

We booked three rooms on east wing for one night stay on 9 Feb 2011. We checked in at 2.30pm and they told us only two rooms is ready and another room will be ready at 4pm. We have asked for free upgrade to west wing as indicated at the hotel club website and we were told that free upgrade is not available. The hotel area and the room is in smoking environment. I would not recommend people who is allergic to smoke to stay in this hotel. The interior is old but they maintained it really well. The toilet has been remodeled to suit the five star hotel taste with jacuzzi bath tub is a plus. The hotel is within walking distance of senado square and other well known hotels.

Lisboa staffs are very helpful and friendly. Location wise is also relatively good, about 10 mins walk away from central. Me and my wife will be back here to stay again, definitely.

We felt this hotel was nicer than the Grand Lisboa across the road, Staff were very helpful and accomdation was good value for money, The room was what we were expecting, and also ready on arrival

the hotel's locaton is superb . the facilities were grand , like the jacussi in each room , so many restaurants located within the hotel . plus the free internet and free drinks . two problems we had though , one is the language barrier and the second is the confusing structure - so many gates / entrances . I will gladly stay here next time ! highly recommendable !

Checking in and out very fast,free upgrade was offered on checking in,facilities second to none,only minor issue was lack of western food if you are not a big asian food eater this could be a problem,overall had a very enjoyable stay and would reccomend this hotel in the future.

The room is very beautiful. It's easy to go everywhere by walk such as Senado Square and St.Paul Ruin. At the night time, this area is the most beautiful.

The Lisboa Macau is conveniently located in the heart of Macau. Even the cleaning staff sport friendly smiles. The rooms are sparkling clean and feature the most comfortable beds that I’ve encountered in Macau. There was selection of television channels and my stay was quite enjoyable.

Cleanliness:-Rooms could be cleaned earlier in the day. Facilities:-Good selection of facilities, it's all right there. Service: - First class, they regarded our requests as important. All requests were dealt with promptly and very efficiently. Location:- Right in the heart of all the action. We loved it. Pricing:- Quite expensive, even for a small pot of coffee.

Good value. They could use a decent bar, what they call a bar is more like a cafe. No comfortable chairs, no atmosphere.

I compared Hotel Lisboa hotel rates using various travel related web sites including so-called last minute hotel deals but ended with [your website]. The pricing is not only better but it included a room upgrade from a standard room to a better room on the 15th floor West Wing, free internet, free in-room movies and free mini bar. Hotel is centrally located and within 10-20 minutes walk to historical attractions. 5 star hotel!

Overall I am very satisfied except for it is quite limited for Breakfast. There is only one restaurant open for breakfast, there rest start business after 11am.

I found the staff at reception had excellent customer service and were happy to accomodate our request of a room with a harbour view, the location of the hotel is very central within easy walking distance to other casinos around the area. The only thing I did not like was the distance to get to the pool area, as you have to get a lift two escallators and the another lift, then you have to produce your room key and passport to get in.

Top Value Hotel. Its an icon in the city, and its big sister - the grand lisboa is just across the road. We were pleasently suprised to find that we could use the pool of the grand Lisboa. would stay there again.

enjoyed our stay. very comfortable room with hi-tech bathroom as we were up-graded. Front desk very helpful no complaints. - recommend. walking distance of the tourist sites for those not into the casino scene. For those who havent been to Vegas a visit to The Venetian is easy via connecting shuttles
