The pricing is not only better but it included a room upgrade from a standard room to a better room on the 15th floor West Wing, free internet, free in-room movies and free mini bar. "I found the staff at reception had excellent customer service and were happy to accomodate our request of a room with a harbour view, the location of the hotel is very central within easy walking distance to other casinos around the area. The only thing I did not like was the distance to get to the pool area, as you have to get a lift two escallators and the another lift, then you have to produce your room key and passport to get in." - Lyn Vincent
