I really want to go back to this hotel again! It is the opposite of bling, and the essence of quiet and perfect service in an unbeatable location whether one wants to travel by taxi or by bus, tram or metro. The reception rooms are very elegant, the bedroom I had was really comfortable (it didn't have a trouser press but I'm sure that facility would be provided immediately if requested), the breakfast buffet was more than wonderfully comprehensive. The bar food was exactly what I wanted. The staff are so courteous and thoughtful and will go to endless trouble to help you. A great place.

A very well run, well located, efficient hotel with a professional and friendly staff. Our bedroom was a good size with a large bathroom.
The hospitality and service at this hotel was excellent. The people of Lisbon were generally extremely warm and welcoming and this was very evident in the hotel as well. The breakfast was good and the rooms were very good too. The location of this hotel is ideal, being close to the restaurent area, the metro and bus stops as well. I recommend this hotel very strongly.
We got charged for a normal room and received a beautiful suite, lovely! The staff were wonderful and the location of the hotel perfect both for shopping and for sightseeing. A perfect stay.
We felt very welcome at the hotel. Our car - packed with camping material as we were going further to discover Portugal with tents and all that - was safely parked. The bicycle which we took with us for holiday was cared for. We stayed in a triple room with our 13 year old son, and were pleasantly surprised to find two rooms which could be separated. Our son was very pleased with the flatscreen tv in his room.
Good hotel in the centre of Lisbon.
The hotel has old fashioned but very comfortable rooms. It is situated one block off Avenue Libertade, two blocks from the start of the pedestrian walking street of the Baixa area and near the funicular to the Barrio Alto. So it is a perfect location. Very near the center but one block removed from the noise. The buffet breakfast is generous and the staff very accomodating. This is not a luxury hotel, but a very comfortable first class hotel.
A place to recommend for sure.
We found the Lisboa Plaza to have a classy but friendly atmosphere. The people working there were helpful and very nice. The restaurant was excellent and the breakfast buffet exceptional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were all well maintained with marble counters. The location is in a central and safe part of the city. We highly recommend it and felt it was good value for the quality.
