"The room was clean and well equipped. The glass toilet/shower/ pod in the room was funky - as described - but shower leaked into bathroom because door didn't close properly.
Computer room was broken during our stay, but communal kitchen lounge was a good area.
Bed base was very hard, so uncomfortable after the first night for those of us with aging spines.

A brand new accommodation concept for Dunedin. LivingSpace Dunedin offers funky affordable hotel style accommodation located at the city end of the renowned Castle Street.
All of our studio's offer queen size beds, 26" LCD televisions with 5 sky channels, high speed internet connection, a desk with direct dial phone and voicemail, stylish new glass bathrooms and a kitchenette with tea and coffee facilities.
LivingSpace is very warm with central heating throughout. Modern security systems are installed and your personal swipe card provides secure access to the building and your room. 24 hour staffing and luggage storage available.
Other facilities include a movie theatre, guest laundry, internet suite, guest lounge with balcony and two communal kitchens with dining areas.
LivingSpace is centrally located with the Octagon, hospital, and University within very easy walking distance. Cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are located 5 minutes from our front door.
LivingSpace Dunedin is our third property to open with other locations including Christchurch & Invercargill. All LivingSpace properties are self rated a very comfortable 3 star.

LivingSpace Dunedin is approximately a 30 minute taxi ride from the airport and will cost around $65.00. We recommend Dunedin Taxi's who will be available outside the main terminal and meet all flight arrivals.
Shuttles are also available from the airport and start from around $20.00 per person based on how many people are in the shuttle for that particular transfer and also meet all flight arrivals.
