LivingSpace The Tower opened in February 2005 having undergone an exciting arctitectural redesign of an old government building and now provides 96 quality hotel bedrooms consisting of Studios, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments.
The decor is bright, funky and stimulating throughout. Facilities include a cosy basement movie theatre with big screen for watching movies and music, a lounge, games room and laundry, fantastic communal kitchens and dining areas on 5 levels for those wanting to cater themselves, and a 4th floor lounge with balcony offering great views. Our shower pressure is Fantastic! You will never want to leave.
Studio rooms contain Double beds, kitchenette with microwave, fridge, jug, toaster and utensils, private bathroom, SKY TV, DD phone with voicemail and high speed internet connection.
Our 2 bedroom units provide 2 Double bedrooms each with SKY TV, direct dial phone and internet connection, a kitchenette and dining table and separate bathroom.
Our 3 bedroom apartments have full kitchen facilities and lounge areas with SKY TV and separate bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, SKY TV, direct dial phone and high speed internet connection.
LivingSpace is walking distance to most of the citys amenities including shops, restaurants, SIT and The Civic Theatre. |

Located at 15 Tay Street on the city centre fringe, Tay Street becomes State Highway 1 heading north. If arriving from the North, we are located on the left hand side 100metres before the intersection with Dee Street.
From the airport we are 5 minutes drive by taxi or rental car service available at the airport. |

24 hour staffing available. If arriving outside office hours the main entrance doors may be closed. Please contact the Duty Manager using the Intercom who will let you in and meet you to check-in.
Credit Card details are required on check-in. Early check-ins are possible subject to availability. Luggage storage available for early arrivals and on day of departure.
