"Our hosts were friendly and helpful. The place was well set up and facilities were good. There were a couple of minor things: - the first night we were a bit cold in the main living room but the folowing night we found the high fan setting on the gas fire and it was much better; - on the bed one of the blankets was a synthetic polar fleece type which is probably good for others, once we removed that we slept very well. Very minor things, everything else was great: - Breakfast - perfectly cooked poached eggs, fresh homemade bread, juices, fresh fruit for the wide range of cereals; - Coffee plunger and ground coffee was always available along with superb home made muffins and a wide variety of tea bags any time of the day. thanks Dirk & Pam. "This is an excellent B & B. It is newly built and the bed rooms are very well appointed, with double spa bath and twin hand basins etc. Great lounge area for relaxing and the breakfasts were excellent. The muffins to have with a cup of tea or coffee were a nice treat. Overall what is shown on the web site is very accurate and we would highly recommend this B & B for those looking for a quite and relaxing location with good and friendly service." - Ian Hyde
