"A lovely old family villa located in the streets of Murano. It is a couple of minutes walk to vaporetto stop, supermarket and the shops. A beautiful place to stay to escape the crushing crowds in Venice and yet it is only 10 minutes by vaporetto to Venice. There is a direct Murano (DM) vaperetto which runs between Murano and Ferrovia (train) station. Murano is also directly linked to the airport by vaporetto. Very nice and welcoming hotel.

Rooms are all in tipical Venetian style, provided of all modern comforts: TV, telephone, air conditioning/heating, hairdreyer, safety box,, minibar.

A place where you can stay for holidays or work in the island of artistic glass manufacturing, only 5 minutes from Venice.

Getting there:

You can easily reach Murano island with public transport for who comes with car, bus or train.

From Venezia "Piazzale Roma" parking and from Railway station "Santa Lucia" the boats are the 42 line or DM-Direct line to Murano;

For who comes from the Marco Polo airport there is the Alilaguna line.

In all cases the correct stop to reach Locanda Conterie is "Murano-Museo". The hotel is situated near the "Basilica SS. Maria e Donato" church and the "Glass Museum".

Check-in Procedure:

Reception time: from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.

From 3:00 p.m. till 6:00 p.m. you can ring the bell outside on the left of the main door. On thursday the reception is open from 8:00 a.m. till 7:00 p.m. If you arrive after 7:00 p.m. please contact the property direct for late check in procedure.

Car parking:

At Piazzale Roma in Venice or at the Marco Polo Airport.

Child Policy:

Children up to 3 years old are free.

From 4 till 8 years old they pay the 50% of the normal prices and to be paid on spot.

From 13 years an adult rate will be applied.
