"I read the terrible reports on [another website] and was very nervous before our trip. HOWEVER, the hotel was excellent. It is a true Botique hotel and thus if you are looking for a bog standard Holiday Inn style hotel, you are going to hate this place. If you are looking for great style, great location and something a bit different, you will love this hotel. Beware of the long walk from the parking lot and prepare yourself to hunt for the entrance of the Hotel. The hotel was very accommodating and my wife and I were extremely comfortable in the apartment with our 3 young children. I highly recommend the hotel to those who are wanting a true taste of the city but be prepared for something a bit different and a bit quirky and not altogether convenient. The first boutique hotel in Genoa presents an elegant and inspired fusion of Italian fashion, original minimalist design and noble Italian architecture in a XVII-century building facing the Cathedral.
