"The hotel room was spacious and was the largest we encountered in France.
The room appeared well used and could do with a thorough clean as Air vents on the walls were blocked with dust and the carpet had lots of stains.
The bed and mattress needed replacing as It was sagging badly to the centre.
The wifi access was terrible. You can only access it from the reception area and it continually cuts you off. Everyone had major problems with the wifi.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful at all times.
Location is good. Can catch a bus to train station from right outside. Beach is close by. Various shops close by. There is NO parking. If you are lucky there is room on footpath to stop a car to unload bags. Hotel has a reasonable size lift and stairs so is easy to get about.
Overall if they changed the bed and fixed wifi then would have no problem recommending to anyone. " - Peter Potthoff

"was dessapointed with my room at first.carpet was smelly-like wet dog,shelfs in wordrobe was with dusts,windows were so small. but in the end we desided that it was not to bad for that price and staff was friendly as well.location wery good.stairs in corridor up to our room was so narrow! but after long walkings arround beutifull Nice we were happy to get back in our room and sleep on nice clean sheets(they really were white and clean) :) next time i would choose some another hotel anyway." - Anonymous

Welcome in three stars hotel with its friendly staff and comfortable rooms.We are just in two steps from the beach and only 7 min walk from the center of the town.Hotel Locarno is situated in walking distance from the old town with its famous market of fruits and flowers and only in 15 min walk from the train station and bus station.
The hall of the hotel is very nice and comfortable.Here you can have a rest, meet with the friends, connect you to the internet or just watch TV.
A big living room and a computer room with internet access are at your disposal 24/24 hours, as well as the wifi on all floors.
We propose you 48 rooms recently renovated with double windows, air condition, safe, direct telephone, TV, private bathroom/shower, WC.

From the railway station
Going out of the station, take bus 12 or 23, direction "Constellation" or "Aéroport", bus stop called "Grosso".
From 5.35 to 20.35, one bus every 13 minuts during the week (45 minuts on sundays)

From the airport
Going out of the station, take bus 23, direction "Saint Maurice", bus stop called "Grosso CUM".
From 6.00 to 20.50, one bus every 10 minuts during the week (15 minuts on sundays)
