"This accomodation was nice enough although I arrived at 6.30pm reception was closed and I had no idea how to register and get the key to my room. I had to ask another guest what to do. This really is not good service. I had spent all day travelling and was not happy with this lack of welcome. When I received notification of my booking Iwas not informed that reception closed early.

BreakFree The Lofts has 24 serviced apartments, studio, two, three bedroom units, situated right in the centre of Queenstown 100 metres from the lake.
Apartments have either lake views or are in a garden setting. The apartments are all non-smoking inside. We have an excellent activities desk for all your trips and activities.

All rates are per room for up to two guests in a 1 bedroom apartment, 4 guests in a 2 bedroom apartment & 5 guests is a 3 bedroom apartment. One extra guest can be accommodated on a roll-away bed (in apartments only) at an additional $35 per night.
Studio maximum occupancy is 2 guests only.
If a cot is required, please make a request, this is at a rate of $35 up to 7 nights and payable to reception upon arrival.
