"We stayed at the London Elizabeth Hotel for 5 nights in March 08.
Negatives: the hotel is right next to a main road, the majority of rooms face it & are therefore noisy all night. Also, it is the first hotel we have stayed in without a kettle in the room. Not a major thing you might think, but we found it annoying & inconvenient. You can buy drinks from room service/the bar/the restaurant, but expecting people to pay for extras like this is poor. Also our shower hadn’t any hot water. We were offered option of showering in someone else’s room once they’d left & the room had been cleaned, but we insisted they moved us to another room. The second room was better (i.e. there was a bath & shower, both with hot water) but it was in the smoking section & stank of cigarette smoke seeping in under the door from nearby rooms. Also, tired décor overall & very average continental breakfast. Positives: Friendly reception service, clean room & excellent location right next to Hyde Park & tube." - Anonymous

Very good quality hotel with a cosy feel providing fantastic service and great location for guests wishing to explore and do some sightseeing of London. Business guests have use of private meeting room with complimentary high speed Internet.
This six floor hotel features 49 en suite bedrooms, all of which include free wireless access and morning newspaper. The dcor is unique in each room and complements this historic Victorian building with floral prints and antique-style furnishing.
Centrally located, across the street from Lancaster Gate tube station and steps away from Paddington Rail station, sitting at the edge of magnificent Hyde Park.
After busy day enjoy a drink at the hotel bar and the 24 hour room service at hotel lobby by open fire place or on the Garden Terrace in fine weather.

Our rooms are available from 2pm. Guests may check in at anytime and we do provide luggage storage facilities for early arrivals and late departures.

A private outdoor car park is available and guaranteed for all guests at a special price of 10.00 per day. It is located at the back of the hotel and guests can enter the hotel from this location. No valet service is available but should you require help with luggage then let us know and we will be happy to help.
