"This hotel is in a vey nice area of London, is opposite Hyde Park and very easy walking distance to the tube station (Lanscater Gate). The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was neat and clean. We were on the top floor with no lift - so getting the bags up was a little challenging. Breakfast was basic, but OK, although the breakfast room was a little crowded and you had to book your time slot. The great location made up for all of that however." - Kenneth Robertson
