EXCELLENT. Superb location with lovely rooms. Good area for attractions and transport. Price amazing value.
It’s in a good location, within an easy walk to both buses and tube. Was a bit noisy on Saturday night. The breakfast was OK but the kitchen staff are really disorganised. They ask you to set a time for breakfast, and then do not make people stick to it. This resulted in lots of confusion and waiting to be seated as they do not have a lot of tables. We would however stay again.
This hotel is in a vey nice area of London, is opposite Hyde Park and very easy walking distance to the tube station (Lanscater Gate). The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was neat and clean. We were on the top floor with no lift - so getting the bags up was a little challenging. Breakfast was basic, but OK, although the breakfast room was a little crowded and you had to book your time slot. The great location made up for all of that however.

Nice, big twin room. The hotel is situated in nice area just 5 min. walk from Lancaster gate station (underground). Good price, but the breakfast was bad.
This is a great hotel because of its central location - a street back from Hyde Park, it is in a quiet square and it is walking distance to Paddington trains and Lancaster Gate tube. Rooms were clean and good.

What a wonderful Hotel. Great location just off the main road, avoiding the traffic noise and approx 400 metres from Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. Only a 15 minute walk to Marble Arch and the tube station is close too. A very friendly and exceptionally clean hotel. The Continental Breakfast just let the Hotel down a little - otherwise and excellent choice. I would happily recommend it to friends.
our room was fine, my sisters was downstairs and very small. The staff were very nice and helpful. Location is very good close to Lancaster Gate tube station, about 20 mins walk to Oxford St.
Large, very pleasant room. Quiet location.
This hotel was in agreat area near to Kensington and Hyde Parks. It was basic but clean. The triple room was large and had three very comfortable single beds, a fridge,tv,tea/coffee facilities,fan and air conditioning. Overall the hotel was good value for money and I would return.
