Getting there:Tower Hill, London Bridge and Bermondsey tube stations are all only a short walk from your apartment. From Heathrow: take the Underground (Piccadilly Line) from Heathrow terminal to Hammersmith. Change and take the District Line to Tower Hill Station. The apartment block is a short taxi ride from the station. From Gatwick: take a train from Gatwick terminal to London Bridge station. The apartment block is a short taxi ride from the station.
Check-in Procedure:Your apartment will be available from 1.00pm on the first day of your stay and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. Your key will be available from the Concierge. Shortly after arrival the Manager will make arrangements to meet with you and finalise registration details and to obtain your credit imprint for any additional costs which you may incur. This is not a hotel but a group of individually owned apartments and as such does not operate a reception as do other hotels.
Car parking:Car parking is available at 46-50 Gainsford Street (just behind Queen Elizabeth Street where the apartments are). Cost is GBP13.00 per 24hrs.

Excellent location- with its proximity to 3 tube stations. The only downside to the apartment was the lack of microwave but apart from this, no complaints!

Unbelievable value for money! We were two people (colleagues) which otherwise would have rented two rooms. Largest hotel/apartment I have ever rented for a night on business! Two bedrooms, wonderful beds, two bathrooms, large living room, dvd & stereo, two balconies and fully loaded kitchen - minimum 80 square meters. If available I will always rent this when in London. Shower curtain was filthy. They should not take your credit card away and bring it back,they should not expect you to let your credit card out of your sight. Otherwise,it was comfortable and in a great location.
Spacious apartment (2 bedroomed apartment), very good location and very good value for money. The parking was free and very secure. Staff are very friendly.
The London Tower bridge Apts are in a fantastic location away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, but still 15 minutes walk from major attractions such as the Tower of London. The apts are approx 10 minutes walk from London Bridge tube station. Apts inside are very well presented, spacious and comfortable. Our only regret is that we were only staying one night!
Good location. Reception very poor: waited 35 mins for the man to take bags as room not ready. Could have done with some toiletries: even apartments usually have a small shampoo, etc... ! There was a food pack: bread and jam but no margerine: sort of defeats the point.
Nice funky building with a spacious appartment all within 7mins walk of Tower Bridge. Perfect for a break in London if you want to keep yourself to yourself, instead of being in a hotel.
I really loved the space you got with this apartment, it was large and airy. If you are looking for a clean place to be a home away from home this is a great reasonably priced option, much better than a hotel room and I even had the facilities to cook my friends a 3 course dinner!!!!
Great location - which was the reason we selected these apartments. Car parking was included in the price and this saved money and time. The manager Trish was very helpful
