"A very good three star hotel. Very clean with excellent courteous staff. Its location is good being about 5 mins walk from the beach and promenade. Nice pool. One downside is one side of the hotel is beside a bust road which can be be very loud. Overall a nice hotel." - Patrick Brett
"Booked this hotel to keep the price of my holiday down. Can't argue with the price. Cheap as they come. As expected the room was quite rudimentary. No fridge, kettle etc. The hotel does have a nice pool however. Not much in Estoril really - except the casino if you're interested. I recommend the walk from Estoril to Cascais however. The newly rebuilt Hotel Londres is an intimate quality hotel in the heart of Estoril, 500 metres from the casino, train station, Tamariz beach and congress centre.
Each of the tastefully decorated 118 rooms has a balcony, satellite TV, full bath, safe and individual climate control. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, a newsagent, 2 hairdressers, a massage service and jewellers. Cafés, restaurants, a chemist and a bank are right outside.
An open plan bar overlooks the pool area and there’s a play area for children in the garden. The conference rooms have natural daylight. The restaurant, pool area and reception-level restroom are all wheelchair-accessible. There is a dedicated guest room for physically disabled guests.
A tennis centre is 2km from the hotel and the area has many golf courses. The coast has mild winters and an ideal summer temperature — never too hot — and beaches known for calm waters and fine sand.
