Centrally located for the old town this is a clean hotel with friendly and helpful reception staff which fulfilled all our needs. The buffet breakfast was superb with plenty of choice of both hot and cold food which was included in the price of the room. There was a well stocked mini bar that is not too pricey but no tea making facilities in the bedroom. The hotel bar however was quite poor and rarely open. It was small and very unwelcoming however there are some great little bars nearby so you wont be short of great places to people watch while enjoying a little tipple.

Good hotel in great location off main roads but easy access to taxis etc. Let down by very limited lukewarm breakfast (only bacon and eggs) and breakfast not being ready at breakfast room opening time.

A great hotel, brilliantly situated. Friendly and very helpful staff, room on street was a bit noisy at night but it is in a city so cannot expect anything else really. Would definitely stay there again.

Given the description on the web site I thought that the hotel would be full of character. But it wasn't, it was quite basic and not particularly attractive in its decor. But the location made up for it. I would stay again.
