This hotel was very nice. I will try to take the same each time I go to Paris. The rooms are normally charged ~150 euros, but were only 85 euros through XXXXXXX, which was a good deal for a 3 star hotel in Paris. The room was more spacious than usually in Paris. I had at first a room on the street side, and asked to be moved to one court-side, so I could sleep with the window open because of the heat, and there was no problem. And very important, I had a small balcony with a chair in that room!
The room was small and the bathroom even smaller!! I am average weight for my height and would have found it difficult to get into the shower if I was any bigger.
The staff member who received us on Sunday did not really know much about the hotel or its facilities (like wireless internet) but on other days the owner (?) was behind the reception-desk and this person was much better informed. Rooms are quite small but suitable. Very good breakfast. Nice little garden! Good location for access to Metro.
Very clean, tidy and small. Location was not central but an interesting area of Paris and a place we would not have seen otherwise. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Nice hotel, not far from Metro station. Friendly people; goos service.
good hotel, great place, quiet, helpful staff
staff at reception very good, spoken english excellent.room with large balcony great, room facilities brill.distance to metro and shuttle bus very good and within by metro excellent to all sights visited.after all this is paris.
The hotel was OK, there was FREE internet WiFi service in the hotel (which is not common to get free service in Europe) , however the signal was very bad in my room and I had to go to the hotel lobby to use internet. Location is close to the metro , so you can get anywhere in Paris.
This hotel is in a quiet area and well positioned for getting around Paris. The room was on the small side but we were there to see the sights, not the hotel room! Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Although I only stayed one night, my overall impression was excellent. The hotel was quiet, clean, staff friendly and my room was as expected - clean and bed comfortable. I didn't have the breakfast.
I was stayed before same hotel, quality getting poor compare to previous condition.
Very good hotel!
Stayed two nights in mid-January 2007. A truly good deal and value-for-money. Pleasant, aesthetic, quite & clean small hotel in a residential, but close to metro (5 min walk) area. Only thing is that my enthusiasm at them having a sauna turned into an unpleasant surprise when next morning was asked to pay 7€ for using it. Not big deal, but charge was not mentioned neither on website nor by clerk. Lastly, breakfast was very nice-lovely array of cheeses, pastry and beverages. Will stay there again.
The room for the breakfast is very small, so you have to queue to get there and the bread and the croissant are not even fresh.
I was quite happy with what was on offer. I would be quite happy to recommend this to others. A good deal.
Staff were brilliant, really friendly. Excellent location.
Double Room was adequate but a bit on the small side. Breakfast was excellent particularly given that it was served between 6.30 and 10.30. Newspapers to read. Very pleasant sitting area in the lobby and nicely laid out walled courtyard.
Nice and cosy place in the heart of Montparnasse. Would definitely go back.
Quaint little hotel in great location for what we wanted to do. Clean rooms, nice friendly helpful staff and good breakfast. We would go back.
I do recommend this nice hotel in a quiet street close to Paris city center. The rooms are very clean and confortable and the terrasse behind the reception is very charming !!
