Lord Beach Hotel Busan

You can't expect too much with this pricing. However they are in good location close to the beach and convenient to everywhere by Metro / Train / Bus.

this hotel is a bit old but the location is quite alright; abt 10mins away fm the beach. a bit of renovation done to the rooms will be welcomed eg spruce up the bathroom amenities, hve more electrical points in the room. do not expect good views as in close proximity with local motels n local dump. aircon sys is a bit old and takes a while to kick start/cool.

If you want a hotel that is close to the beach area and not too expensive: this one should be fine. I even had a half-ocean-view inclusive. If you don't want a dirty carped, not so clean sheets and furniture that is old and partially broken: you shouldn't book this hotel! One day it was noisy during night, because of the "amusement" area in the first 5 floors. The other days it was quiet. I dunno where the gym supposed to be (no sign), but since the stuff at the reception wasn't too friendly, I didn't feel like asking them anything except for the key.

Near to Haeundae beach and a lot of restaurants.

They didnt have a fitness area but it's close enough to the beach where you can run on the boardwalk. There were no shower curtains but it's okay since it is a hand held shower handle and the water from the tub trains to the floor (weird). I didn't stay in the room much but the time i did, it was okay. Not bad... i loved the location.

Very good location. We had 3 rooms one had been recently rennovated and was great the others were a little grotty. Very clean though.

This hotel had an excellent location, in that it was very close to the subway and a short walk to the beach. The view was not of the beach, but that was okay with me. The western breakfast was excellent service and good tasting with a good price. My daughter did not like finding long hairs on her sheets.

Excellent value for money. Close to the beach. Free high speed internet. Staff were accommodating and helpful.

The shower area does not have a shower curtain and the hotel did not supply the usual hair shampoo seen in other hotels in the area. The room came with slippers to keep you off of the carpet. Which was a great idea, the carpet is very dirty with cigarette burns noted on many surfaces. Lord Beach staff were helpful and very courteous when I requested a room change from a handicapped room. The local area is a significant tourist attraction and many sites are within walking distance. Taxis and public transportation is inexpensive, but requires cash. Which can be hard to find. The hotel staff were not able to give a cash advance on a card. Other major hotels in the area were able to take care of this need. As is typical for a restaurant in a hotel the fares were pricey for the area; 8000 Won for a breakfast.

Rooms were a bit drab but and needed more cleaning. The location was handy but a block back from the beach with only views of other hotels. Surronded by nice retaurants and bars. Would not stay there again.

It's very clean and comfortable of the rooms, nice TV and very good location. Lots of choices of food around the hotel. Will come back and stay for next time!
