Lord Berri Hotel Montreal

This was my second visit. I want a central location and a reasonable hotel, and it delivers on both counts. We walked to all our restaurants and night life, and also to Vieux Montreal and Chinatown. Close to a metro stop, too. Quiet room.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and I am always treated well and the rooms are cleanand tidy. I enjoy the friendly staff.

Hotel very far from business district. Good rate for very busy week in Montreal. Everything decent except towels and no lotion in the bathroom. All decent hotels have decent towels and lotion in the bathroom.

This is a nice hotel located only a few minutes walking distance from the Gay Village, and about a 10-minute walk to Vieux Montreal. Also, the bus to and from the airport is only two blocks away (Main Bus Station) and costs only $8 in each direction. No need to waste money on the $38 cab fare!

Great hotel for the price. Room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Good staff at reception, nice comfortable room, very limited parking though, and at a cost, - which was advised at booking. Internet only available in lobby for a price. Overall a nice hotel, connecting restaurant is also very good and prices are reasonable. Would stay again

Good location but we found it really difficult to find as the address wasn't printed out on the reservation form. Hotel definitley needs a facelift as the rooms are dark and a little dingy. All the rooms had a fridge. Staff were pleasant. There is a bar/restaurant right next door and the food was good. You could also have breakfast there. Car parking is $15 per night right next-door.

We were given a specious 2 room apartment instead a single room, so no surprice we liked it very much!

An older property, which needs updating, but rooms were clean, bar downstairs was a bonus, barman was great, food was pretty good too. Front desk were helpful

My room was in front of the ice machine, guests that were taking ice from the machine spread out ice cubes in the hall it was very messy and risky to walk to the elevator. It happen more of one time per each day that I stayed in the hotel. This is an area that the management need improve. Other than that, my stay at this hotel was pleasant and relaxing.

I only have positive things to say about Lord Berri Hotel. Nice and clean rooms with all facilities you need, inclding wireless internet for only 10 dollars/stay. The staff is also very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, it only takes 10 minutes to walk to old Montreal, old harbour or to the shopping district. And if you travel in Canada by bus the hotel is 200 meters from the main bus station. It's not a luxury hotel, but has all you can ask of a medium class hotel - for a good price. I will go back to Lord Beri, and I can recommend it.
