"The staff was just wonderful...so accomodating. The gentleman at the front desk in the evenings took care of a minor problem we had with the plumbing immediately - very late at night. Everyone was so helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you understand the European standard for smaller rooms. Breakfast in the morning was continental, but with the addition of hot boiled eggs, it was a very nice addition to the cereal and croissants and cheese, etc." - Joseph Smith
"Great location for sightseeing in and around London. On the tube line from Heathrow Airport and only 1 set of steps to haul that luggage up !!
Rooms are very small but have all you need, my en-suite was fantasic and the smalls dried overnight on the towel rail. No fridge in room was a nuisance but the English aren't into things cold!!!!!!!! I have already re-booked this Hotel." - Rebecca Parrott
