"The room we were given on arrival was very nice,clean and decorated to a high standard but it did not have a window. Within minutes of asking for another room we were given the choice of two without hesitation.The reception staff could not of been more helpful in fact all the staff were very helpful recomending places to see and giving directions to very nice places to eat. Getting there: By Plane
From “G. Galilei” airport in Pisa:
Take the train in the airport that leaves the station, every hour, to reach the Florence railway station of Santa Maria Novella. From the railway station we suggest to take a taxi. Length of the ride 10 minutes.

From “A. Vespucci” airport in Florence:we suggest the shuttle to the Florence railway station of Santa Maria Novella and then to take a taxi. Length of the ride 40 minutes. Alternatively you can take a taxi from the airport. Length of the ride 20 minutes.

by train
From the Florence railway station of Santa Maria Novella, Firenze Rifredi and Firenze Campo Marte:
we suggest to take a taxi. Length of the ride 10-15 minutes.

by car
Regardless of the A1 highway exit (Firenze Certosa, Firenze Nord, Firenze Sud) follow directions to “viali di circonvallazione” (ring boulevards) then follow directions to Piazza della Libertà (Libertà Square). Once you get to the square take Via Lorenzo il Magnifico.
