"Our second time of staying at this hotel after completing the Inca trail. Really nice staff, nice atmosphere to the hotel, would stay here again." - Cliff Childs
"I would stay there again. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Located a couple of blocks from the Plaza of Arms where lot of the action is. Only problem is that it can be a little noisy if the other residents don't hold it down. Sure helps for them to hold your bags while going to Machu Pichu. Everything went very well. A little surprised at the early check out time of 8 AM." - Anonymous
"I was disappointed with this hotel having had good expectations from the hotels' own website. The entrance is nice but the rooms did not live up to my expectations. I had better facilities in the del pardo hotel which was more or less the same price. I think to describe this hotel as a boutique hotel is stretching it. The staff were also off hand (with teh exeption of the cleaner and one if the waiters) which was a shame as this was to be a special weekend with a friend. Although it proudly says on the door 'under swiss management' you got the feeling that maybe the managers were actually in Switzerland as the staff in general didn't seem well managed. There was nothing terribly wrong but for the price you can find something nicer and with friendlier staff. There is so much choice in Cusco I wouldn't stay here again." - Nina Laurie
"The hotel is centrally located just 3 minutes away from the main square. I had a nice room with wooden ceiling and a small balcony. The only downside is that it can become a little noisy from the cars if you have a room on the outside. Breakfast is ok. Staff is very friendly and efficient." - sara menichelli
